WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

BLU BISOU does not accept responsibility for lost packages and recommends you use a shipping method with tracking and/or proof of delivery.

Returns deemed eligible for refund will be processed as soon as possible, with the funds being issued via EMT to the originating email address used to place the order.

  • Items must have all original tags attached and will not be accepted if they have been used, worn, altered, or damaged.  Please return items in their original packaging, including: plastic wrap, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes, dust bags and gift boxes.

  • Returns deemed eligible for full refund will be processed as soon as possible, with the funds being issued as a store credit or back to the payment method (EMT) used for purchase. Email confirmation will be sent to the email address used to place the order.

  • Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

BLU BISOU uses Standard, Priority and Express Mail - domestic and international shipping via Canada Post based on the option you select during checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and weight of your order according to current rates of the Canadian Postal Service.

Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders received on weekends, holidays and after 3pm Pacific Time will be processed within 24-48 hours.

*Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

WHAT ARE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Accepted form of payment is EMT (e-transfer). At this time we do not accept credit cards.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We are located in and ship from Vernon, British Columbia, Canada.
